Mr. Barua is the most experienced person in Premier Cement Mills Limited and in the entire cement sector as well. He has more than 52 years of experience in different manufacturing companies with 34 years of experience in the Cement Industry. Mr. Barua started his career with Gazi Wire Ltd. Ctg as Asst. Engineer in the early 1980s. He also served National and Multinational Companies which included C.C.G Co. Ltd., Ruby Cement - Ctg, T.S.P Fertilizer - Ctg and Eastern Cement Ltd. In 2008 he joined Premier Cement as the head of Production, Packing and Unloading. He completed his Diploma in Machine Design, Fluid Mechanics, Engineering Drawing, and Industrial Management from Chittagong Polytechnic Institute, Chittagong under UNESCO.
