Mr. Fakrul Islam has joined Premier Cement Mills Limited (PCML) as an Independent Director of the company with effect from December 21, 2019. He was a member of Bangladesh Civil Service (Administration) cadre. He worked in different administrative positions in different upazilas and districts. He also worked in different ministries and worked two reputed Government organizations. Finally he went to retirement as secretary to the Government of Bangladesh.
